At Harvest Right, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own prepaid label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
